Applied online, 2 round interview process including numerical test. 1st round took place in a 1:1 meeting with the HR representative just a few days after the job application. I truly appreciated hr representative's business attitude as well as professional approach. 2nd round took place in a 1:1 meeting as well, with the hiring manager, a week after the 1st meeting. High business acumen and leadership skills were identified followed by a vision for the position and the company. Compering to other interview processes i have been through..
