      The first thing sent over was an independent interview, where I was to go through a series of instructions while their Chrome extension recorded my microphone and desktop. It was a little clunky, but it got the job done. A few days later, I received an email asking if I was still interested in the position, to which I replied yes. They sent me the same exercise that I had just completed. No big deal, things get misplaced all the time. I told them I completed the exercise almost a week ago, and they were able to track it down and review it. The next part of the interview process was supposed to be a one on one technical interview with the director of engineering. I scheduled an early interview for a week and a half out, as he had very limited availability. The day before the interview, I was contacted to say that he had to cancel due to an "emergency", and asked to reschedule. This happened three times total, with the last time being only an hour and a half notice before I was supposed to meet with him. You do realize I have a job currently and need to make excuses to have an interview, right? I can't just say I have a doctor's appointment every week and have no one question it. I felt extremely disrespected, and cannot imagine how they treat actual employees if that's how they treat prospective ones. I told them I am no longer interested in the position.

      Thank you for letting us know about your experience - we obviously failed you and truly apologize for the poor interactions on our part and have since made changes to streamline the process. Being rescheduled three times is unacceptable and we should have had someone step in as a replacement. We take this type of feedback seriously and appreciate your review.

      The process was easy to follow and respectful with my time as I didn't need to wait before getting useful feedback. The information was transmitted clearly and any questions were answered sync or async. It was a good experience.
