The company has set up a very exploitative structure for their interview tasks that involved more workload than they initially communicated. Moreover, as a candidate I accepted doing the task under the impression that there were upcoming projects to work on. However, it turned out passing the task only meant that the candidate became a part of freelancers pool where they have to compete again to be assigned projects with unrealistic deadlines. This tactic forced freelancers (who are all highly qualified researchers) to reduce their hourly rates. Please don't waste your talent and time joining this company as a UX Researchers or Customer Experience Specialist.
