Farrah was fantastic to start. Explained how the interview process is done, and then the interview itself was a pleasurable experience. Marianna was very calming and clear, asked all questions concisely and answered all questions I had. It felt more like a friendly chat than an interview, which I find is extremely important for putting a candidate at ease

And more steps.... I thought the salary, commission structure and work pattern did not such a rigorous interview process. It was reminiscent of a graduate program's selection process.
