This interview was very disappointing as the person conducting the interview was weak. They clearly did not want to be there but needed position filled. The value of questions were minimal and really did not apply to position. Luckily I came prepared. It was clear that the previous owner and regional person was at odds and did not agree on anything including the direction of the clinic or plans for future.
