Super slow and arduous process. Contacted by the recruiter to interview with the Hiring Managers. Video interview was excellent. Was told that if I passed the first stage, I would then have to take a test and then if I passed that stage, I would meet with the VP of HR and then do a tour of the facility. All in all, a minimum 4-week process. I made it to the test 4 weeks after applying and it was situational questions that I had to type answers into the video chat box while the person watched me type. The test took two hours and after not hearing back for a full week, I finally emailed to find out if I passed and was told I would not be moving forward. The test was very specific asking things like "What is the WARN Act"? Even if I passed the test, it was going to be several more weeks of this. The Hiring Managers did disclose that the person who had this job previously lasted one month and then decided to quit. So presumably that person went through this arduous process for several months, took the job and then decided after one month to quit? Wow.
