The interview was friendly enough, coffee was offered and accepted. I was applying for a job using German and Dutch, so they tested my languages by asking me to translate an email into those languages - definitely a B1 exercise. The interview continued in German. I didn't have the feeling I was being formally interviewed. It was more a relaxed chat with questions like what would you do if ... a customer started swearing at you? Have you had that happen before? Tell me about it. All in all a very easy interview.

Overall, it was a good experience in the field.
Pros- benefits from the other brands.
Cons- customers were not pleasant to work with. You learn that many ppl are so pressed on consumerism. This job will definitely open your eyes to a lot of things.

Ho fatto due colloqui, uno su zoom in lingua inglese ed uno in sede dove mi hanno chiesto le altre lingue parlate e siamo andati più nello specifico delle mie skills, sono stati estremamente professionali e mi hanno messa a mi agio

Over zoom, very laid back and a few simple questions. Set schedule hours and opportunity to advance once trained and on que. Jobs are fully remote from home. They will mail you the computer and monitor and all you need to perform the job duties before you begin training.
