My [single] interview consisted of an operations manager asking me about my customer service experience. Many of my fellow associates had to go through more than one interview; I didn't learn of this until about a year after starting. A lot of people who interview are there on the recommendation of current employees (family/friends), so I think if you know someone who works there, you might be more likely to have to interview twice.
