Tedious process with four stages: Interview/sample teach with person in China (15 mins, determines pay), 4.5 hrs of videos and quiz, mock teach 1 (1 hr), mock teach 2 (1 hr). The Chinese interview was loud and in a call center. I didn't feel like I had a chance to do my best and was only offered $19/hr which is 2 teaching sessions worth of my time. Range is $19-22/hr before taxes. One mock teach was great and the senior teacher was amazing, offering useful feedback. The second mock teach had two different levels, and the teacher was being difficult and issuing much more criticism than anything. Her feedback killed my confidence and I didn't think I'd get the job. I got an acceptance email within ten minutes anyhow. I uploaded my documentation but needed more time to take professional photos and the video. All parts of the interview and hiring have short deadlines, and I was contacted via text, email, and phone about submitting my photos and videos quickly or they could mark my account inactive and delete it.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection

Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
