Signed up using the VIPkid teacher's portal but did not book demo or interview. Waited one week, and was sent an invitation to do an express interview. I recorded 3-minute demo lesson and emailed it through.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
