Have a lesson ready to go. Make sure you use over the top movements and smiles. Make sure to use correct English when speaking and writing. Have small props nearby.

Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
