I applied on Indeed. I was contacted by someone in HR for a phone screen. I was then invited to an in-person interview. Before that interview, I had to take a test (mostly around grammar and Excel). The interview was with the manager who was warm and asked relevent questions.

Phone screen with HR, scheduled an in-person interview with VP. Before the interview, took a proofreading test and showed I could navigate MS Office (mainly Excel). This was a new position so interview was not too specific about duties but they were open about that so not a problem whatsoever.
