I had a phone screen with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring team. Overall, the process felt a bit odd because everyone seemed way too relaxed, but it became clear they had no real intention of hiring anyone. There were no technical questions at all, and unsurprisingly, they ghosted me afterward. It felt like a complete waste of time.
