The interview process with VMLY&R COMMERCE at first seemed to be very smooth and the people very kind. Until the point when they have basically asked me to work for free on a brief for one of their clients. Too bad!

They have asked me, if I was available to work on a TASK in order to succeed to the next step of the interview. As a Creative Director with years of experience it has never happened to me to be asked to work on a brief before getting a job.
