I am junior and haven't had much experience. The phone interviewer came off arrogant and undermined some of my past experience. Quote from interviewer "...you sound so retarded..." Very unprofessional. Apparently, the interviewer was also some kind of team lead for the projects I was interviewing for. I would never want to work under someone of this temperament.
