Entretien
Multiple interviews, usually with one of the middle managers. If you make it to a second interview, you can expect a job offer. The hardest part is actually getting the interview. If you know someone in management at the company, contact them before submitting an application.

No real tough questions. Standard interview questions like "What's your biggest weakness?". Most of the interviewers have not had previous management experience and as of this date, there is no standard list of questions.
