J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez VTG (Virginia Beach, VA) en févr. 2014
Entretien
i applied online and got a call to interview within a few days. showed up to the interview and was greeted by a member of there qa who claimed he was just help with the interviews b/c hr was already so bogged downed. he asked the standard related to the job questions: how familiar are you with ship yard type work..have you ever built a connector..any work with fiber optics..i explained to him i was an aviation electrician in the navy and had an overall good understand of running cables and building connectors..not sure if it was because i was female or i hadn't already worked on shipboard electronics..but he insisted i did not have enough experience for the entry level assembler position but that i would make a good match for a laborer helper position if one opened up..unfortunately i was stupid enough to believe this lie and reapplied about a two weeks later when that position opened up..only to find out at my next interview.. he just didn't want to hire me..for what reason im not sure..but clearly hr saw fit to push my app through for yet a second interview only for this guy to shoot me down despite being more than qualified for the entry level positions i had applied for.. best of luck to anyone interviewing in va beach hopefully the interviewer likes you or you have 10 years experience to get an entry level position.
