Application: I applied through a Recruitment agency, the process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at VWV in September/October 2018. Interview: Great experience from the moment I approached reception, Harriet was friendly, helpful and very welcoming during the time I was waiting for Ellen and Hayley to start my interview. Very professional and friendly interviewers, I felt that I got the chance to introduce myself professionally and also as a person in a safe environment where I was myself all the time. It was an equal conversation where I got the chance to get to know more about the role and the team and also for them to know me. I accepted the offer after my second interview, interviewing at VWV has been definitely one of the best interviews I did so far.
