Entretien
The interview was nice, not quite 30 min long. She asked about what I was looking for and other usual first interview questions. I was asked if I was familiar with specific VA software, which I wasn't, and even though she said it was not a problem, I am pretty sure that is what kicked me out.
I feel like it was redundant to have me interview on a video interview then have another formal interview via video chat. The interviewer didn't give me much of anything, so I could not read her. It was a bit irritating because the time it took to hear back from the second interview, could have been sooner. It was very frustrating, and felt like a waste of time. Especially considering I went through this process twice and I have the experience (the first interview process an interviewer told me I should be requiring $36/hr with my experience)..

Entretien
The questions were the same as in the initial video but with a live person. The interviewee was nice, didn't give anything away, took exactly 30 minutes, and followed up in a week with a response like they initially communicated.
