After the initial positive feedback from the first two interviews, there was a prolonged wait of over a month between rounds without any communication. Despite my attempts to follow up for feedback, I was ultimately ghosted by the hiring team. Numerous emails requesting feedback have been ignored for over a month.
The overall experience was negative and disorganized, showing a lack of respect for my time and a disregard for the individuals they interview. There was a noticeable absence of empathy in their approach.

The interview process started with a recruiter screening call, followed by a reasonable take home test using the key languages role would have used, then a followup interview. I did not hear further.

The process consisted of 4 - 5 online interviews (google meet), among which the following points were discussed: personal interview, presentation of an application made by you, life code, technical test and interview with other bosses
