The interview process took almost 6 weeks from application to offer. The company/internal recruiter is slow to give feedback after the prescreen tech test and the final interview (it took over a week each time and I had to chase them). The dev team is really friendly but it seems like tasks and priorities change often and as if they have too much to do since they can't give timely feedback. Interview process: Internal recruiter call (20-30mn), online tech quiz (with some questions unrelated to the job), meet the team (1h), take home test (1 week), debrief/final interview (40mn). I declined the offer because of a lowball offer (much below market range) and a delay in getting the offer (I probably wasn't their first choice hence the delay)
