There were 4 interviews with 2 people each. I feel I was thoroughly vetted. I was asked several times about my decision making, prioritization and problem solving processes. Only one person I interviewed with got into technical detail.

I could tell they had been burned before by a manager who refused to ask for help when confronted with a difficult situation. They were very anxious about that. Everyone I interviewed with seem really interested in the process I use to prioritize IT issues.
