While we appreciate your perspective, it's important to clarify that not all interview outcomes result in an offer, and in some cases, candidates may not have fully met the technical or role-fit expectations during evaluation. We make every effort to ensure fairness and consistency in our assessment process.
Additionally, there are rare instances where projects get delayed or placed on hold due to factors beyond our control, such as shifting client timelines or internal prioritization. While this is never ideal, we do try to communicate transparently when such changes occur.
