Fairly straightforward. First a phone screening then a Zoom interview with a panel of unit managers. Asked scenario based questions for the most part that you would have in most hospitals. The process was fairly quick which I prefer.

Entretien
Was a joke. The HR department was very inconsistent in communication. Took over 3 weeks just to get a response. The phone interview with a robot is insane and almost impossible to get through.
