Telephone interview first that describe the work environment and asked questions about previous employment and why I left. In person interview with VP/Hiring manager two weeks ago detailed description of the job and the work environment of the office, asked about previous employment and why I wanted to work at VMG. Interview took about 30 minutes and hiring manger gave me time to ask questions also. I have sent thank you notes and one status inquiry email and am still still waiting for an answer either way. overall the interview both the telephone and in person were both done very professionally and made me feel at ease (even though I was very nervous)
