I attended many interviews and met many people in my life. But this interview at Value Labs is the worst. I had interview scheduled at 12pm and the guy joined after repetitive calls from the hr at 12.20pm. They lack the respect towards others time. The guy didn’t even say hi after joining and immediately asked me to tell about my background. There is no minimum courtesy of saying sorry or hi. One more guy joined in the middle of the interview and he started asking random questions. One question he asked was- what production issues I faced and explain 1 production issue how I solved. I explained what kind of issues I get currently day to day and how I solved it step by step in a very detailed manner. He just rudely told that it’s a normal issue and there is nothing special about that prod issue. But he didn’t asked me about a special production issue in his question earlier. Then he just said he is done and bye. Didn’t even ask if I had any questions or something. Very unprofessional and naive interviewers.

The total round of interview happened were three - two technical and one HR. The interview was easy going and smooth. After interview, they will send out the offer letter.

First preference is given to employee referals. Later third party consultancies are given chance. You have to send your resume with complete education and work experience. Be genuene with the experience. You will have a written test fallowed by technical & HR interviews if fresher. Otherwise, direct personal or telephonic interview for experienced guys.
