The process consisted of a series of five interviews with seven different people. After the third interview, a take-home wireframing assignment was given. The role has high impact, so it's clear they want to do their due diligence. The process was time-consuming and took about three months start to finish.

The recruiter and two Engineering managers I spoke to were pleasant and professional. The second interview was strange, and I was not prepped by recruiter for it. The interviewer asked me to describe every job I've had since I was 18, asked who my manager was at each, and what feedback I received. As someone in my 40's there's a lot about my career I dont remember, especially specific feedback. I found this really weird.
