I went through about 3 rounds of interviewing and a total of 7 interviews including the initial phone interview with the Recruiter. It’s a lengthy process but I definitely appreciate it! I’ve been at companies that are desperate to just get someone the the chair and end up hiring unqualified candidates or people who just don’t jive with the company/team’s work vibe.
