Pretty straightforward process. Recruiter screen, then moves you onto next round of meeting with hiring manager(s). Then following that is a technical interview with the hiring manager(s). Technical interview was basically a mock-scenario of a QBR/Technical Review. Overall not too hard of a presentation but I highly dislike when companies expect you to know their product and how to present on it fully (although they will always say "we don't expect you to know everything yet"...sure.) The folks in the interview gave pretty descriptive feedback so that is appreciated, but at times it felt like they were being very nitpicky about certain things like adjusting the headphones with your hands during presenting or accidentally clicking to the next slide (but going back to the original slide quickly). I mean some things are just human tendencies or accidents! It definitely can make candidates self conscious. They did say they appreciate the time put into preparing for a presentation/technical interview which is rare so I welcomed that. Other than that, straightforward otherwise. I will say I don't appreciate companies requiring candidates to do such technical interviews and then not responding to them either with a yes or no within a decent time frame. After that technical interview and feedback, the folks on the call said HR will reach out to me with potential next steps within the week. HR didn't reach out at all. I sent a follow-up/thank you within the week, only to get an automated message saying I did not get the job later. I think if you have made it to at least to the technical/final rounds of interviews and spending weeks talking to a recruiter/the team, it is common courtesy for a real human to say "we appreciate the time but it didn't work out." Unfortunately this was my experience, and although there were some positive moments, the role was not offered and the process of communication could definitely be better.

There are four interviews and step that involves an assessment that is a presentation. The interviews are with recruiter, hiring manager, other TAMs, and Director. One of the interviews does have a small technical component.
