The interview process was filming my answers to questions and submitting the final product. In my case I did a short 3 minute lesson in the area that I was interested in teaching in. I then did a phone call interview and was offered a position.

Linkedin message led to preliminary email, which led to a video interview via Zoom. My interviewer was a recruiter from a third party talent sourcing agency, not Varsity Tutors itself

Entretien
The interview is a quick eight minute questionnaire. You respond to a few questions about your teaching style, and experience. Varsity tutors gets back to you very quickly by email letting you know whether or not you got the position.
