The CPCO is personally looking into why we didn't meet our own expectations of responding to initial applications within 7 days. Rest assured that appropriate action will be taken to minimise the chance of this occurring in the future. Regarding your initial phone screen experience, we apologise that it appeared as though your resume had not been reviewed. Although this is not an excuse for the experience you received, we want to clarify that this particular role is new and has been created to solve a current issue within our business around our hard-to-fill roles, which tend to fall within the Canberra market. As such, our questions were tailored to closing this knowledge gap within our P&C team by finding someone with the relevant experience or knowledge of this particular market as well as the overall skillset required to be successful within a Talent Acquisition role.
