Recruiter - who is VP level, ghosts candidates and is not respectful of the time candidates take to interview. I emailed 3 times asking if I was still being considered with no response. Very unprofessional.

I had 5 interviews over the course of 8 days. The role was for "immediate hire," except after the 8 days wrapped, it was radio silence for over a month. Getting ghosted after 5 interviews is deeply unprofessional, inconsiderate, and honestly just overall unacceptable.
I had reached out multiple times to follow up, ask about expected timelines, and even ask if the role was still available. Nothing.
So much wasted time, energy, and excitement for a company I had looked up to.
