Recruiter did an initial meeting. Seemed very disorganized as she sent me a request for times for one week and did not get back until the next. She specifically told me that she ensured candidates were given a yes or no or told if there was a better role should anything be a better fit. However despite her mention that she did not ghost candidates (which she voluntarily said herself), ended up forgetting about me. I followed up multiple times and still got no request. Would not recommend.
