Entretien
I got approached by an internal recruiter. After very awkward phone conversation got invited to an interview. First with HR and then some senior management.a brief discussion about cv. usual what you expect. Left got called again that they want me to take the job but if I can come again to see one more person. Next guy made me wait 30 min for him. Questions asked were pilotless and showed a lack of knowledge on the subject matter. Guy seemed depressed and absent.

Entretien
I was told in full pandemic to have the interview face to face. This was really weird but I thought this was the policy.
The person I have spoken to came at 4:00 PM when the interview was scheduled and the rest of the 2 persons 20 minutes later. They were taking lunch. Very unprofessional from them. I think if a candidate comes to your office, you should be on time.
Being in a full pandemic, nobody was wearing a mask. I was the only person in the room wearing a mask. Again a negative insight.
The only really appreciated part was that after just a few days, I received an offer. I declined it because of the reasons above
