Applied online. Was then asked to do a phone screen with HR, followed by multiple executive stakeholder interviews. Interviews were around an hour each and ranged from direct managers to colleagues. The process took about 2-3 weeks, followed by a period of radio silence for another 2 weeks, requiring multiple follow-ups to obtain any information. Was told they would get back to me by X date. They missed that deadline and required another follow-up. I was invited to ask further questions, but they were never answered.
