Had a meeting with part owner of the company(nworks), Sales VP and SE manager. Met over lunch, discussed the product and how my skill set would fit for the product.

Entretien
It was very straight forward. I had face to face interviews with the person I worked with and the manager and VP. The entire process took less than a month and there was no BS. They were interested in hiring competent people and not game playing or beating around the bush.
