Should have listened to all the other negative Glassdoor recommendations... DO NOT INTERVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY!
I received a phone call 1 week after applying online for a 1:1 interview with my potential line manager. The interview was mainly general background questions and experience. They scheduled another 1:1 interview with a manager 2 weeks later which was pretty informal and similar to the first one. I had another interview with the potential line manager and then, I got handed over the famous Use Case.
I spent +30 hours with the exercise as their requirements were quite specific and advanced (bare in mind I was interviewing for an associate consultant position and didn't have previous salesforce knowledge). I managed to complete all the requirements and handed over the exercise on time. However, during the presentation they pointed out that although the requirements were fine, it wasn't 100% efficient (not enough salesforce automation with process builder) and asked me to redo the exercise again. It took me again +30 hours as I left the exercise client ready. The presentation went well and I received positive comments.
Now is when the fun part begins... 1 week after the second exercise I got sent an interview request without further explanation which was rescheduled twice by the interviewer because of supposed client commitments. They mentioned that after the exercise there was a 'Why Veeva?' session and, as they scheduled a 1 hour phone interview, I completely thought it was that - the next, and final, stage on my interview process.
My surprise came when the meeting started with the interviewer saying 'Hey, thanks for everything but we are not looking for anyone right now for this particular position', REALLY?.
After who knows how many interviews, hours spent with the exercise and waiting for more than 2 months... they rejected my application because they weren't looking for a position they advertised on the first place. Appalling.
Wouldn't recommend to interview for this company because, as other also mentioned in their comments, I think they are only using this interviews as an R&D for them. After seeing how they operate, I wouldn't want to work for them either.
Waste of time and effort.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
