Firstly they will take written test from core subjects that is objective when you will be qualified then they called you for second round that is from core subject when you qualified second round then they called you for final round that is also technical plus hr round

Process finishes on one day. only few common selection procedure like Written then Technical then managerial round. Difficulty level is nothing, will say to write simple programs or tell output of code snippets.
