I was hired by my abilities to provide a quality product to our clients. I provided my resume and cover letter after my internship and was interviewed by receiving my evaluation for the internship and then offered a position because of my internship performance.

It was an easy interview for me. I had a existing relationship with the operations manager. I dressed professionally and he appreciated that. Best to have your CSCS already.

Was brought in for part-time work first so they could see me coach. After that I interviewed with Sport Performance Director. Fairly straightforward process, very honest interview conducted by SPD.
