Initially contacted by a recruiter for an engineering position. Phone interview by a group of 3 people. Invited for an on-site interview. Each person appeared to have a defined area to ask questions about. It made sure that repetitive questions weren't asked, but at times the discussion seemed stilted. Talked with about 6 different people during the day. Seemed like a pleasant place. Going through a transistion from national lab contract R&D style to a more commercial technology company. Obvious there are some growing pains, but seem t obe making good progress. People generally seemed to enjoy their jobs. Seemed to be a relaxed place to work
