This was scheduled as a group interview (8+) people. Normally, these are well-coordinated interviews with a formatted approach that yields a definable evaluation. In this case, I waited in a conference room as the interviewers shuffled in over a period of time. None of them had any interview forms or note-taking tools with them. There was no real interviewing process underway and I soon realized that it was a reflection of the day-to-day operations. I began to realize that I was wasting my time. I completed their "process" and left. When the recruiter followed up with me, I told them that I did not want to continue the interview process with this molder. It would not have been a good fit.
