Three hour interview process. Applied and was called for a phone interview 2 weeks later. Passed the phone screening and was invited to a group interview session at the office in Chicago. I didn’t get the job. I don’t think I was white enough. I’m smart and I have the experience. I’m not completely sure why I didn’t get hired.

Applied online and received an email for phone interview shortly after. Phone interview led to a second interview at Venmo HQ. Process took two weeks. Did not receive an offer.
