The recruiter emailed me to set up a time to chat, and confirmed the date and time for us to connect. Then, without notice, he doesn't call and completely ghosts me, and even ignores my follow up emails inquiring about setting up a new time. A few days later without ever hearing from him, he emails what seems like an auto-response: "Thank you for giving us the chance to consider you for the opportunities available here at Venmo. We have completed the interview process and filled the role. We appreciate your interest in Venmo and encourage you to check back with us in the future. The Venmo Talent Team" SO unprofessional, undignified, and a complete waste of time. Check back with you in the future? HA!! Not a chance in hell.
