Completed 2 interviews, asked to do a take home assignment.
Spent a good amount of time working on the assignment, they then ghosted me even after asking if they have decided not to move on.

Horrible. Gave me a week long assessment did great, moved me on to final step. Before final step, they had some company meeting where they 're-evaluated' company needs. Put me in an interview process for another role (QA instead of development). After a couple more interviews for this other role, they did another 'company re-evaluation' and decided they didnt need the role. They said I did greta in the interviews, but they don't seem to know if they really need the role.

Good. It was very organized and fast. The human resources person was always responsive to emails. There was a take home assessment after the first interview. The second interview included a geometric puzzle.
