Entretien
A recruiter initiated the screening, which was a standard coding test. Also wanted to sample code from personal projects.
The following week I came on site for face-to-face interview. It was pretty standard. Two sessions of panel interviews, one mostly technical and the other more personality fit.
A week later I had a final phone call with the CTO who asked a couple of technical scenario questions and had me defend my answers.
Two days later I received an offer via email from the recruiter.

It was pretty standard questions, but later found out that showing keen interest in learning was huge for team culture.

Entretien
HR emailed me, I had applied online. The HR setup first round phone interview with the CTO. I did very well in the interview and the CTO was very engaging and he explained me the team structure and technology stack in detail
- Second round was on-site interview with the technical team (2 developers interviewing at the same time) The interview lasted one hour, it started with technical questions(Spring MVC, Database, Objecte Oriented Java) then I was asked to write code which was not very challenging.
I got the offer but couldnot accept due to there Green Card policy.
