J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Verily en sept. 2021

In the beginning the interview process was well laid out and communicated. I had the pleasure of speaking with the hiring manager, interview panel of cross-functional leaders, and a C-level executive over the span of a few weeks. Unfortunately, the further along I got in the process, the more I had to follow-up to ask about next steps. After the last interview with the executive (which I left feeling good about), I followed up with the recruiter immediately to express my gratitude, share that I remain interest, and to ask about what next steps might look like and the timing. After not hearing back for over a week, I circled back again to ask if the role was still open and whether I was still in the running. Still no response and it's been over 3 weeks now. While I can certainly understand how busy recruiting teams may be right now, I've never been "ghosted" as a candidate, let alone after going through 3 rounds of interviews. It's unfortunate as I was very excited about the potential of working here – great mission and great people based on who I had the pleasure of meeting so far. I wish them luck in finding the right person and hope they also better enable/scale their recruiting team to avoid this happening to others.

Very professional. Respectful, transparent, speedy. I felt valued and found it very informative. One drawback was the website doesn't have very much information about the team I interviewed for so it was hard to do proper preparation before the interview.
