Received 2 tests home, one in batch and another in any language desired.
Later in an interview we did via zoom (thanks to COVID) they asked me to explain about what I wrote in the test.
Practiced a little bit in English.

first with TL and senior group member - describe system that you tested and some QA processes questions
second with PO and dev - talked about the team and some dev questions
third with HR and contract

Very unorganized, they described one position on the phone and in the face to face review they asked for something else.
When I said its less relevant they tried to convince me it's the same as described with add-ons.
