The recruiter was unusually warm and engaging on the phone. When I arrived for the interview, I was a few minutes late but the recruiting manager did not make it an issue.

The interview process was simple with very little issues. I was brought in and interviewed by the Program Manager. It was on site with the customer. I met some of the staff and went home. Soon after, I received a phone call with an offer.
