Eight months, multiple discussions with various employees, very thorough. Last interview with leaders of the department including the President at home office in Jersey City, NJ. Comfortable process yet mentally challenging as it should be considering the position.

Worked with an external recruiter and met with several sales managers. Everyone was very transparent and gave me a realistic view of initial year and beyond.
I believe I would have been offered .. timing if off for me to make a move.

It was a mostly straightforward interview. It seems like several people have left there recently. The interviewer made a point to say that putting notes into the CRM system was equally as important as making sales. That seemed strange.
