It was a three step process: phone interview, interview with a manager, and then a group interview. They were testing out a new group interview method when I interviewed. You were given a scenario where your group was stranded in a plane and had to prioritize which items to grab first in order to make it to safety as a group. The hiring managers watched as you had a half hour to talk out the scenario as a group.

Ridiculous just like every Fortune 500 - all about new college graduates with NO WORK experience. All about attracting and accommodating Millennials who have never WORKED and who will stay for 3 months and leave because they aren't VP of Operations. Forget about those of us who have been BUILDING a work history over the last three decades!

I received the initial pre-screen phone call and a follow-up short phone interview from a second recruiter as well. The next step will be a behavioral panel interview, if I make it that far.

Face to face one on one interview with presentation with human resources leadership. Interview didn't last more than an hour and very engaging and informative. didn't get the position due to my lack of experience in shadowing for the role, which is great. Received great feedback post interview.
